Council for Responsible Nutrition Foundation Hires Ruder Finn

The Council for Responsible Nutrition Foundation (CRN Foundation), a non-profit affiliate of the leading trade association for the dietary supplement industry, has hired Ruder Finn (www.ruderfinn.com) to lead its public education campaign, "Life…supplemented." This multi-million dollar campaign, a consumer wellness campaign dedicated to driving awareness about the responsible use of dietary supplements, is entering its fifth year.

"We are very pleased to be working with Ruder Finn," said Judy Blatman, senior vice president, communications, Council for Responsible Nutrition, who oversees the 'Life…supplemented' campaign. "The agency has extensive public relations expertise in health and wellness, as well as impressive digital credentials, and we are thrilled to have them as a partner as we begin the fifth year of the 'Life…supplemented' campaign."

Ruder Finn will work with the CRN Foundation to educate and engage with women aged 35 to 65 about the benefits of dietary supplements as one component of a healthy lifestyle, helping them better meet their daily nutritional needs and optimizing their personal health.

"We are excited to be working with 'Life…supplemented' and the CRN Foundation to transform consumer awareness of supplements into action using both traditional PR and cutting-edge digital and social media," said Heather Gartman, executive vice president who heads the account at Ruder Finn. "Through a celebrity tie-in and supporting media activities, to increasing the digital footprint of the 'Life…supplemented' campaign, we will bring supplement education to our target consumers at multiple touch points within their everyday life."
